On-line courses are open for the opportunity to learn our signature cake art techniques. The class is suitable for both beginners and more competent bakers and can be viewed at a time suitable to you and repeatedly. You can choose one of three modules base, premium, or individual. Co-founder of Tortik Annushka and designer Rustam Kungurov will share with you his favourite cake recipe and show you how to make chocolate decorations.

We will dispel the myth that tempering chocolate is a hard thing to do. Will show you how we do it. These skills will help you to make different chocolate decorations.

We will show you how to work with policorbonate forms and make our signature "Chocolate Molecule"
Ganache:
We will show you step by step how to make our signature ganache final frosting.
Smoothing a cake:
For those who dreamed to know how we smooth our cakes and make those perfect sharp edges, we will show how to do it, what tools to use and few special tricks to know.
"Velour" technique:
Will show you the latest trend on cake decorating "Velour" technique. How to make it and apply to a cake. What decorations can you use on this covering.
Premium:
